Esterel Caravaning opens its doors to our guests on the 2nd of JUNE and gives us an inside look into this most unusual summer season!
Esterel Caravaning, the first five-star French Riviera campsite, will be opening its doors to our guests on the 2nd of JUNE with a plethora of new and improved amenities and, just as importantly, the introduction of several new health and safety guidelines, all stringently tailored towards the newest modern standards.
The campsite is doing everything in its power to ensure that it can accommodate its holidaymakers, within the best possible conditions, by applying the newly implemented COVID-19 governmental guidelines and requirements. This includes measures such as social distancing between guests and social behaviour by implementing multiple precautionary practices and procedures.
This year, holidaymakers will once again be able to enjoy the water park and Esterel Beach… which are all nestled just 2 miles (3 km) from the beaches of Agay (Saint-Raphaël). Imagine lounging in 9687 sq. ft (900 m²) of fine white Seychelles-like sand, or basking in the shade under the magnificent palm trees, or just simply enjoying the paradisiacal setting. Facing towards the beach, with the bright blue glow of the sky reflecting off the Mediterranean Sea and lest we forget the bright red rocks of the Esterel mountains as an idyllic backdrop! To cool off, the Esterel Caravaning waterpark is a few steps away complete with five swimming pools, four slides and four multi slides, offering maximum amounts of thrills, laughs and fun filled moments of pure joy for the whole family.

When it comes to accommodation, Esterel Caravaning offers the best in terms of luxury whilst ensuring that we can guarantee a COVID-FREE pitch for caravans or motorhomes: with private bathroom and private spa.
Unique to Europe are our 3 “Imperial” pitches: each one spanning over 1,400 sq. ft (130 m²) or more in our palm grove. In order to offer the best, in terms of comfort for our holidaymakers, Esterel Caravaning has thought of everything, as we provide our guests who book this pitch amenities such as a private shower room and toilet, a kitchenette with fridge, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a barbecue with lid, two sunbeds and the must-have item this summer : a private spa. Designed with six occupants in mind, it’s perfect for a nice chill session whilst overlooking one of the most beautiful views of the Côte d’Azur for a truly unforgettable holiday.
In a similar vein, we also offer our 22 “Deluxe Prestige” pitches, each one spanning an area between 1,076 & 1,937 sq. ft (100 to 180 m²) and each looking out toward the Estérel mountains and its bright red rocks. Also each pitch offers a private shower room and toilet, a kitchenette with fridge as well as two sunbeds.
To comply with new national health & safety regulations, whilst continuing to provide our guests with all the comforts that they’ve come to expect at Esterel Caravaning, 16 so-called “LUXE” pitches will not only offer a private bathroom, complete with shower, sink, WC, hairdryer, etc…, but will also offer a dishwasher.
And of course, Esterel Caravaning also has a wide range of 331 fully equipped mobile homes (static caravans), that come in various differents shapes & sizes suitable for parties ranging from two to eight people, including the very popular “VIP LUXE”, which comes complete with its own private pool, as well as the “Premium”, “Palace”, “Master Suite” or “Luxus Premium” categories that each include their own respective private spa. This year, two new categories of comfortable mobile homes: the “Family Cottage” and the “Villa Panoramique”.
All Esterel Caravaning accommodations meet health, safety & sanitary standards in terms of equipment, cleaning and disinfection procedures and protocols.
Esterel Caravaning also has its own restaurant, which was recently named “Maître Restaurateur” in 2020, as well as a bar, entertainment activities for the whole family, 5-star amenities, all of which have been adapted to comply with the latest health and safety standards… In addition we also offer sports activities, all of which have been redesigned to be COVID-FREE… All this can be found in the heart of the French Riviera, in Saint-Raphaël, so that you can experience an unforgettable post-quarantine holiday.
