In our Camping-car / Caravan pitches (we remind you that tents are not accepted at Esterel Caravaning), we will welcome you from 1 p.m.

In a mobile home, the arrival time is scheduled for 5:00 p.m. in order to have the keys given immediately upon check-in.

If you wish to arrive earlier to take advantage of our facilities, go to Reception and if the accommodation is already ready, you can move in.

Otherwise, we will call you to collect your keys from Reception as soon as your accommodation is cleaned, sanitized and ready.

Regarding check-out, the latest you can do is either 10:00 am in a mobile home and 11:00 am for a caravan pitch. You can ask at Reception (2 days before the end of your stay) if a late check-out is possible.

You will be asked for a deposit on arrival (€ 200 in a mobile home, € 50 for private sanitary facilities on the pitch for the categories concerned, etc.). You can pay it by cheque, cash or credit card

• The tourist tax of 0.66 € (subject to all reservations) per day and per person over 18 years old. This fee includes water, electricity and gives you access to all caravanning equipment and services (+ eco-participation of 0.40 € in camper / caravan pitch)

• In a mobile home, the daily fee is € 3 per day and per person (free for children under 1 year old), including the eco-participation of € 0.40.

The Mini Suite Confort, Bastidon 4 Confort, Riviera, Junior Suite, Villa, Suite & Luxus models are not equipped with linen (sheets and towels). You can choose to reserve some for your stay (paying kits on arrival):

• Double sheet kit 20 €
• Single sheet kit: 15 €
• Towel kit per person: € 15

For toddlers, you can request free of charge the provision of a travel cot (supplied without a mattress for hygienic reasons), a high chair or a bed rail.

Additional options for camping-car and caravan pitches: A fridge can be made available to you for 5 € / day.
